Customer Satisfaction Management

We believe that the interests of our customers are the interests of our company, and we always respect the opinions of our customers, understand them, and create value to help them develop.
We always think and act from the customer's point of view, and strive to realize customer satisfaction by providing the best products and services that customers are satisfied with and can trust.

Basic Ethics of Employees

We represent the Company with dignity and honor, share the Company's management philosophy, sympathize with the goals and values pursued by the Company, and faithfully perform the duties assigned to each of us in accordance with the Company's management policies.

We do not offer or accept anything of value, entertainment, or otherwise that could compromise our impartiality beyond what is socially acceptable in connection with our work.

We endeavor to avoid any act or relationship that conflicts with the interests of the Company, and in the event of a conflict of interest between the Company and an individual or department, we shall act with the interests of the Company first.

We must not engage in unethical or illegal behavior, such as improper instructions, procurement, solicitation, or preferential treatment that may impair our impartial performance of our duties.

Fair competition

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries and communities in which we operate and respect social values, including customs and culture, in all of our business and operations.

We respect our competitors and seek to gain an advantage through fair and free competition with them.

We do not collude with competitors with respect to prices, bids, or market divisions, and we do not discuss prices, bid terms, or other matters for the purpose of colluding.

Protecting technology, assets, and information

We will not disclose internal company intellectual property or confidential information without proper authorization or procedures.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks, and do not engage in any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification that harms the Company.

We will not engage in any illegal or wrongful use of Company assets..

We shall do our best to manage information assets received from the Company or generated in the course of our work, and shall not use them for non-business purposes or intentionally or negligently leak them to the outside world.
